Greta Boye

Regional Manager, Westside

Greta Boye joined the LAEDC as Regional Manager for Westside Cities in June 2008. She recently returned State-side after working overseas for the last 15 years with projects funded by USAID, the World Bank, other international donor agencies, and private companies. During that time, she advised foreign governments and businesses on trade and investment issues and led teams promoting economic development. Most of the challenges she faced were related to competitiveness. She has focused on creating and retaining jobs, resolving red-tape challenges, and scoping new opportunities to react to changes in the international business environment.

Ms. Boye holds a MBA in International Business from George Washington University and recently completed a MS degree in Speech and Language Technology at the University of Edinburgh in Scotland.
